Delivery Procedures
1. After you have placed the order, we shall have our products sent in the small parcel via registered mail within 3 working days.

2. After the packages have been sent, we shall scan the receipt and e-mail this to you including the tracking number so that you can track its status. 

3. You can track the status of the package only if the package has arrived to your country whereby this process could take around 10-14 days. 

* The reason that you cannot track the status of the package before 10 days is that the Thailand Post has not have implemented the tracking system. 

4. After you have received the packages, would be great if you could kindly inform me via e-mail for the receipt confirmation.

The tracking system can only be used in certain countries. Currently, the tracking system can be used in 30 countries. The list of the countries whereby the tracking system is used can be checked here under the countries where the status of the package can be checked.

For any customers who have not received their packages on time, which is rarely the case, such customer should not be worried and please be clam as some time there might be some problem with the international logistics system or it is a long holidays in that country. Therefore, this has caused a delay in package delivery. 

In case that you urgently need the T-shirt for men, we could send you one via EMS. With EMS, the packages could reach you within 5-7 days. However, the delivery cost for EMS shall be the responsible of the customer.
