We operate our business with honest and integrity. As a customer, you shall not worry that you will not receive the products. This delivery process could take a little bit longer than we have expected due to many external factors in that country.
Purchase Conditions and Policy
1. Customers can place the purchasing order at a minimum of 1 item with free world-wide shipping.
2. The package of the products shall be sent to customers only after they have made the payment.
3. All our products are new and we shall keep updating our products.
Refund Conditions and Policy
If the customer is not satisfied with our products, the customer can return the products within 30 working days whereby the conditions of the returned products shall be in good conditions and the customer shall be responsible for that shipping payment. After we have received and inspected the returned products, we shall make a refund payment to you immediately
After the inspection, if we find that the products are missing or damaged and the customers want to return them, we will be responsible for the shipping including refunding money you have paid for the purchase.
