1. New design In case you prefer to have a new design, the minimum order need to be 60 items per selection with 3 color per selection. We willl send design
graphic to you of the via e-mail and after you have made a payment we shall start our production process.
In case you want us to send you the samples, we could do that after you have already made the payment and placed the purchasing order. The customer shall be responsible for the delivery payment, charge for a block of screen printing (if there is any screen printing). The package shall be sent to you by registered mail via EMS and should take around 3-7 days to reach you. However, this may take longer depending on the country and the holidays of that country.
* Samples may not be exactly 100% like the real product as this depends on the prototype which may be slightly different.

Price
The customers shall provide us details of the raw material, size, color, quantity and options e.g. the customer may design to have air brush, or have the t-shirts screened in the chest area and another one at the back, etc. After we have received the request, we shall e-mail you the price quotation (wholesale price) including the shipping rate.
How to make shipping in case of wholesale purchase more 60 pcs./time?
You can choose any cargo service that is close to you home or that you trust so that you can check the price rate. In case you are not convenience to do so, you can let us manage it for you without any additional charges.
Production periods and transportation periods (total days used from purchasing date to received date)
After you have placed the purchasing order, number of days used for the whole process are as follows:
Production periods : 15 days
Transportation periods : 15 days
Total periods used until you have receive the packages : 30 days after the purchasing date
How to ensure the quality of the product in case of making a wholesale purchase
Before you have decided to make a wholesale purchase, you should order 1 piece of that product in order to see its quality first. If you are satisfied with the quality of the product, then you can make a wholesale purchase. However, if you are not satisfied with the products, please see the refund policy.
